Mi hotel favorito en La Fortuna. La habitacion lindisima con una vista espectacular y la comida de el restaurante de el hotel es simplemente deliciosa.

La ubicacion perfecta y sobre todo el balance entre las comodidades, comida, placer y el precio.

Excelente la experiencia. Muy buen servicio, muy buena comida y la atención fue de primera. La pasamos muy bien mi esposa y yo. Lo recomiendo completamente.

Un hermoso hotel con excelente vista al volcán Arenal. La estadía en Arenal Volcano Inn fue una experiencia única, con lindas instalaciones, deliciosa comida e inmejorable servicio. El personal, siempre amable, fue de gran ayuda al planear nuestros tours y sugerir actividades y lugares a visitar durante nuestra estadía.Es uno de los hoteles en la zona de Arenal con mejor ubicación, cerca del volcán y de las principales atracciones naturales en el área; así como del pueblo de La Fortuna. Definitivamente la mejor opción de alojamiento en Arenal.

Un lugar maravilloso, lleno de vida, como no puede ser menos en un país como Costa Rica.
Nos gusto muchísimo el sitio. Además del volcán, teníamos frente al enorme ventanal del bungalow un árbol del pan al que acudían multitud de pájaros, entre ellos colibríes.

El entorno espléndido, lleno de color y naturaleza. Las instalaciones y el restaurante también muy bien, así como la seguridad del lugar. Y muy cercano a la población de La Fortuna.

Del personal solo podemos decir que estuvieron atentos y amabilísimos en todo momento, un diez. Gracias. Volveremos.

Nos hospedamos mi familia y yo por segunda vez en menos de una semana. El hotel y servicio son magnificos.

Del servicio ni hablar buenisimo, muy gentiles y simpáticos siempre con una sonrisa y buena disposición. Habitaciones confortables y una excelente vista al volcán....(cuando está despejado je je je). Nos volvemos a Chile muy satisfechos. Gracias y pura vida.

Es un Hotel muy acogedor pero lo mejor son las magnificas vistas que se obtienen cuando uno se levanta por la mañana y corre las cortinas: allí se levanta magestuoso el volcán a Arenal.

This was a great place to stay . The room was very confortable and the service was good I would recommend this place to anyone visiting this area.

Thanks for a wonderful stay. The hotel is excellent and the staff is even better. The food was very good. Sitting in the jacuzi with an excellent view on the volcano made us feel as if we found a piece of heaven here on earth.

We both loved the Arenal Volcano Inn, everyone there was wonderful and the rooms were gorgeous!!!! at Arenal Inn first where we received such incredible service, a very clean and spacious room with a beautiful view, really good food, it was very secure, very nice shower with hot water.

Pasamos un par de dias inolvidables. La cordialidad del equipo en recepción fue extraordinaria . Nos recomendarón actividades en la zona y mostrarón siempre mucha amabilidad. Nos llevamos un gran recuerdo y la esperanza de volver muy pronto.

Muy buen servicio por parte de todo el personal , el lugar es espectacular y la pasamos de maravilla , lo vamos a recomendar sin duda. El desayuno fue mucho mas de lo que esperaba (el gallo pinto estuvo Fabuloso!!!) Muchas gracias por todo!!!

I was very impressed with the hotel. Not only are the rooms spacious, modern and clean, they also have great views of the volcano. More importantly was the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. Their genuine friendlines made this a fantastic experience . I will recommend this place to all my friends and Ihope to return soon. Muchas gracias.
